**As of April 29th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Central Technologies as $61,814.** Sealed bids are invited for the Intercom System project at Sullivan Gardens Elementary School. Bidders must be licensed State of Tennessee Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act. The bid envelope must include the Bid Envelope Cover Sheet, and the outside of the sealed envelope must display the Bidder's name, license number, classification of license, date of expiration, and details of that part of their classification applying to the bid. If subcontractors are used, their names, license numbers, expiration dates, and license classifications for Geothermal, HVAC, Masonry, Plumbing, Mechanical, Sprinkler, Electrical, and Roofing must also be listed; otherwise, state that no subcontractors are used. The owner retains the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and accept or reject any parts of any bid. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled within thirty calendar days after the opening date.
