Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Dickson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of a new Triplex Building. The plans, specifications, and contract documents may be examined at several listed locations. Prospective bidders may obtain contract documents by depositing $200.00, payable to Cauthen & Associates, LLC. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in accordance with the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, and must provide evidence of a license in the appropriate classification for the bid to be considered. Further instructions are included in the Instructions to Bidders for Contracts. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: The Work involves removal of an existing residential building and associated site amenities, and the construction of a new single story triplex apartment building and associated site work. Attention is called to the goals and timetables for minority and female participation.
