The selected firm shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to successfully complete the fabrication and installation of a comprehensive wayfinding signage system. This includes fabricating eleven (11) single-post, double-sided, freestanding wayfinding signs according to design specifications, branding guidelines, and material requirements; installing the eleven (11) signs at specified locations with all aspects of installation such as field verification, site preparation, excavation, and concrete footing installation, including utility locating services prior to digging and complete assembly and secure installation; and securing all required permits and ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations, particularly those of the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) as most signs are within the IDOT right-of-way. All signage materials, fabrication methods, breakaway components, and installation within the IDOT right-of-way must strictly adhere to the latest IDOT standards. All signage must conform to the City of Litchfield's branding guidelines, including specific color and font requirements. Detailed sign layouts, dimensions, and content for each location are provided in an attachment. The project is considered a public work and is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Proposals must include a signed cover letter, company profile with history and qualifications, a narrative describing the project approach and timeline, an itemized cost proposal including all relevant expenses, design concepts/mockups adhering to the City's branding, and references for at least three similar projects completed. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience and qualifications, project approach and timeline, total project cost, and responsiveness to requirements.
