Binghamton University will receive sealed proposals for term contracts for time and material type of work and services for the trade of Plumbing. Submissions require two original executed copies of the bid form and all attachments specified in the project manual, submitted in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. Sealed bids shall be mailed or delivered to the Purchasing Department at Binghamton University. Each proposal will have the contractor's name and the markup percentages on the Bid Form read aloud. Binghamton University will review all bids for minimum qualifications and submission of required documents. Bidders will be officially notified of the results in writing. Term contracts will be signed with the selected contractor for a one-year period, with two possible one-year renewals by mutual agreement. Each project under the contract will have a value of $100,000 or less and will be referred to as a 'RELEASE.' Binghamton University reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
