Sealed proposals in duplicate are requested for the Prime Contractors for Capital Project - Phase 3 African Road for the Vestal Central School District. The project includes a Prime Contract for Mechanical work, to be constructed in conjunction with additional elements via cooperative purchasing and state contract, as described in the Drawings, Project Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Highland Associates. All bids must comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
