Question deadline: 03/03/2026 at 12:00 PM Sealed proposals are requested for Capital Project - Phase 3 African Road for the Vestal Central School District, specifically Contract No. #6: State Contract- Security and access control. The project includes cooperation with additional elements purchased through cooperative purchasing and state contracts, in accordance with the Drawings, Project Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Highland Associates. Bids must comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may waive informalities in bids at its discretion but is not obligated to do so and also reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid before forty-five (45) days after the bid opening unless a mistake or error is claimed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions prior to bid opening must be directed to the District Representative using the specified form. Bidders are responsible for obtaining complete sets of contract documents; no partial sets will be distributed.
