Sealed proposals in duplicate are requested by the Board of Education, Vestal Central School District, for Capital Project - Phase 3 African Road, specifically for Prime Contract No. 3: Electrical. The project includes construction in conjunction with the purchase of additional elements through cooperative purchasing and state contract, according to Drawings, Project Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Highland Associates.
