SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide annual cleaning and inspection services for its two commercial swimming pools. The contractor shall provide daily testing, weekly inspection services, feed system and equipment maintenance, and monthly cleaning services for each pool. One pool is located in the Campus Activities Building and the other in the Institute for Human Performance Building. Complete requirements and specifications are included in the referenced IFB S1495. Vendors must meet all mandatory bidder and technical qualifications, and must review, understand, and accept all terms and conditions. This procurement is subject to New York State Lobbying Law requirements. NYS Small Businesses and businesses certified under Article 15-A are encouraged to submit bids.
