Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Scranton is seeking a qualified General Contractor for the construction of the Grace Street Playground Improvements. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, equipment, oversight, permits, bonds and inspections required for the construction of a new playground, paved walkways, concrete curbing and sidewalk, and landscaping. The City has awarded separate contract(s) for the installation of the new playground equipment, underdrainage system, concrete curb edging, stone base, and pour in place safety surface. It is the responsibility of the General Contractor to coordinate all construction activities within the playground areas with the Certified Installer(s) to avoid scheduling conflicts, site access, and sequencing issues. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 at 4:30 PM ET All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via online.
