Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are sought for the 2026 Roadwork Project. The work includes resurfacing various roads in the Township consisting of 63,750 square yards of 2-inch milling and paving fabric, 7,700 tons of Superpave wearing course, 43 ADA ramp installations, and related activities. Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates apply to the contract. The work must be completed within seventy-five calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be submitted in triplicate, accompanied by a Proposal Security of ten percent of the total proposal amount. Proposals shall remain effective for forty-five calendar days from the opening date. Bidders are required to be PennDOT prequalified. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or portions thereof, and certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated due to budget limitations.
