Description

Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Gaffney, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development; and for site work for a industrial development.

Cherokee County is seeking a metal building manufacturer for the design and installation of a metal garage building shell at the Emergency Operations Center located at 213 Alma Street, Gaffney, SC. Once design specifications are received, including wind load parameters, a concrete slab for the garage will be designed and poured by others ahead of the installation of the metal garage shell. Complete specifications and instructions are provided. Sealed proposals are to be submitted by the specified deadline. Contact information for coordination or questions is provided.
