Each bidder shall carefully examine all specifications, drawings, and other contract documents to familiarize themselves with the requirements, terms, and conditions. No payment will be made for items not set up in the quotation unless provided by contract amendment. Bidders must include in the prices quoted all necessary allowances for the performance of all work required for satisfactory project completion. Digital proposals/bids must be clearly identified with the bid enclosed, company name, BrightRidge quotation number, name of the request, and due date and time. Bidders should send an email with an attached PDF of the digital bid including all required documents to the specified address. Documents required include: BrightRidge Request for Quotation Form, Section 3-Quotation Information Form, Specification Exception Form, No Bid Questionnaire (if applicable), and Business and Taxpayer Identification or W9 form for new vendors. Vendors may bid multiple options unless otherwise stated. Delivery is FOB Johnson City, Tennessee, at the specified location. The bid price must include all applicable taxes, surcharges, and other incidental fees, including shipping. Invoices should be submitted upon delivery or pickup and must itemize all items, supplies, repairs, or labor furnished. Payment will be made within thirty days of satisfactory delivery and receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated. Bidders must include in their quotation price any obligations resulting from the work performed, as no additional payment will be made for these unless agreed in writing.
