Each bidder shall carefully examine all specifications, drawings, and other contract documents to familiarize themselves with all requirements, terms, and conditions. No payment will be made for items not set up in the quotation unless otherwise provided by contract amendment. All bidders should include in the prices quoted for the various bid items all necessary allowances for the performance of all work required for the satisfactory completion of the project. Bids should be clearly identified with the company name, the BrightRidge Quotation Number 9186, the name of the request (Electric Stock Material), and the due date and time. Bids must be submitted digitally in PDF format and emailed to the designated address. No fax or physically delivered sealed bids will be accepted except in certain cases for small & minority-owned businesses. Vendors must complete the BrightRidge Request for Quotation Form, quoting items in the same order and in the unit of measure requested. Delivery is to be made FOB Johnson City, Tennessee, at the specified location. The bid price shown should include all charges, including applicable taxes, surcharges, shipping, and incidental fees. Invoices should be submitted upon delivery or pickup, itemizing all items, supplies, repairs, or labor furnished. Payment will be made within thirty days of the completion of delivery of all items or services in acceptable condition and receipt of invoice.
