Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ashland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Re-roof Historic Town Hall. Roof area is ~4,870 sq ft of which ~1,570 sq ft is a flat roof; the rest is hip roof. Building is a single-story, with basement, wood-framed building. Replace existing gutters and downspouts. Questions due: 2pm (PDT) on March 19, 2026 Substantial completion: May 15, 2026 Final completion & closeout: May 22, 2026 CITY OF TALENT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the Quotes and waive as an informality any immaterial irregularities in the Quotes received. City of Talent reserves the right to cancel this invitation or reject all quotes submitted or to waive any minor formalities of this request, if in the judgment that it is in the best interest of CITY OF TALENT. No respondent may withdraw his/her quote after the hour set for the opening thereof, unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. Estimated Range $10,000 – $18,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
