Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lagrange, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of improvements to the campus including partial ceiling replacement, new lighting, renovations to existing concession building on High School and partial roof replacement on Elementary/Middle School. Bid Packages are as follows Bid Package 06a General Trades Bid Package 07k Membrane Roofing Bid Package 09a Acoustical Panel Ceilings Bid Package 26a Electrical Each bid shall include with such bid, a certified check or bid bond made payable to Michael Kinder and Sons, Inc. for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum bid. Should a successful bidder withdraw its bid or fail to execute a satisfactory contract with Michael Kinder and Sons, Inc., may then declare the bid deposit or bid bond to be forfeited as liquidated damages. Each successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance & Payment Bonds which cover faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for one year from the substantial completion of the Work. The bonds will be made out to Michael Kinder and Sons, Inc.. Michael Kinder and Sons, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any or all informalities, irregularities and/or inconsistencies in, or with respect to, any or all bids. Pre-Bid RFI Deadline Friday, April 3, 2026 at 04:00 pm Pressbox portion will start early, mid-April. School interiors and roof start June 1.
