The County of Yolo is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants and/or firms to provide On-Call Consulting Services countywide for Yolo County. This is for Group 3, which includes: · Category A: Project Management and/or Construction Management Services – Defined as providing construction management/project management consultation on construction projects; outlining project execution and cost estimates; planning and making project adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives; organizing documentation and project structure; completing a risk management plan for potential project hazards; monitoring safety of contractors and subcontractors; ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in line with current codes and regulations; and maintaining CAD files. · Category B: Plan Check Services – Defined as providing consultation on construction projects; reviewing construction drawings for compliance with County Building and Municipal Code requirements; providing problem-solving for plan check or code interpretation issues, alternative methods of construction; and maintaining CAD files. A proposer may submit a response for a single category or multiple categories in this group.
