2026 Overlay Projects 2026-B Improvement Contract The work includes the construction of approximately: Bituminous Milling 20,000 SY, Bituminous Paving 3,100 TON, Bituminous Patching 600 SY, Curb and Gutter 1,400 LF, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. Various locations within the City of Fairmont. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by October 30, 2026. A. The project involves but is not limited to the complete construction of public improvements for the rehabilitation of several streets. Individual elements of work shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways, pipe, and other miscellaneous items. 2. Street excavation. 3. Concrete walk construction. 4. Concrete curbing and driveway pavement construction. 5. Bituminous street construction. 6. Turf restoration and erosion control construction. 7. Traffic Control. 8. Other miscellaneous work shown on the plans or specified herein.
