The proposed construction consists of 1200 LF of roadway reconstruction on Bradley Avenue with storm sewer improvements, water service line replacements on Holland Ave and Bowers Blvd, mill and overlay and water main abandonment on Wright St, mill and overlay on Franklin St, and Richmond Rd. Also included is the reconstruction and resurfacing of the Family Dollar Store parking lot and Third Street parking lot and other miscellaneous items of work.
