Site work and paving for a civil project in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
The project includes reconstruction of a rural roadway including the replacement of culverts, shoulders, base course, grading, asphalt paving, ditching, driveway aprons and landscaping in accordance with the plans and specifications. This is an Agricultural Road Improvement Project (ARIP). Bids will be received and accepted ONLY via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN vBid Online Bidding. To submit a vBid online bid you must download the project bid document file from QuestCDN, which will add you to the plan holders list and gain you access to vBid Online Bidding. Downloaded plans are not scaleable, neither the owner nor the engineer shall be held responsible for the scale of downloaded plans. Only printed plans obtained from Blue Print Service Company shall be considered to be scaleable plans. The Bidding Documents may be examined for free on QuestCDN. Pre-qualification: Unless you are a part of REL's Annual Pre-qualification process, all prequals are due to engineer 5 calendar days prior to bid date (not including bid date). 1211011C Project questions can be submitted to the Engineer, Ryan Trzinski, P.E. by way of email rtrzinski@releeinc.com Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
