Site work and paving for a road / highway in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will consist of erosion control, milling asphalt pavement, preparation of base, asphalt paving, and other necessary work to mill and asphalt pave Emmet Street from 17th Street to 22nd Street; 18th Street from Jackson Street to Emmet Street; and 19th Street from Jackson Street to Emmet Street, in the City of Two Rivers. Estimated major quantities are: 8,370 SY of Milling Asphalt Pavement, 1,600 Ton of HMA Asphalt Pavement, Type MT, and 9 Each Adjusting Manholes. All bids shall be presented in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the contract number and project name, and include the bidder's name on the outside. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form provided by the City and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid. The performance bond in the full contract amount must be furnished, signed by authorized sureties. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five days after opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
