The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved plans, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The project generally includes installation of: A 5-foot wide Portland Cement Concrete sidewalk on the southern side of the roadway Concrete curbing Concrete driveway aprons Embedded ADA detectable warning units Modular block retaining walls where required Associated grading, excavation, restoration, and traffic protection General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each proposal shall be accompanied by either a certified check payable to the order of the Commissioner of Finance of the County of Rockland or by a bid bond executed by a surety company acceptable to the County of Rockland, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid no cash will be accepted for this bid bond.
