Sanitary sewer extension project involving utility installation work. Question Acceptance Deadline 08/18/2026 11:00 AM EDT CONTRACT NO. 1 - GENERAL Provide administrative and procedural work under the sections listed above. B. Provide temporary facilities and services under the sections listed above. C. Provide those construction facilities and temporary controls identified in Section 01500, Temporary Facilities, which are required to be provided by the Contractor. Limit use of site to allow: 1 . Owner occupancy and/or partial utilization. 2. Use of site by public for access to nearby residences. Prepare, coordinate and revise construction progress schedule as required under Section 01300, Submittals. Provide construction documentation of project as required under Section 01380, Construction Documentation. Perform work identified in Bid Item Description pages for this contract under Sections 01025, Unit Price Items, and 01026, Lump Sum Items. Work of this Contract not specifically identified in the Bid Item Descriptions, but nevertheless required in the Contract Documents, shall be performed as shown and/or specified. Contractor is responsible to submit a plan for temporary support of any existing utilities encountered during construction as required by the utility owner. Design shall be stamped by a New York State licensed Professional Engineer.
