Description

The Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering services for the Authority’s MS036 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Infrastructure Repair Program, specifically for the Water Main Replacement Project in the amount of $4,514,180. Sealed proposals should be submitted in writing, including one original and four copies in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CDBG-DR ENGINEERING SERVICES.” Proposals will be accepted on an equally competitive basis, and no bids will be accepted from individuals or firms on the convicted vendor list after conviction for a public entity crime. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive any non-material irregularities and technicalities, re-advertise with or without changes in the scope of work, award in whole or in part to one or more respondents, or take any other such actions deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
