The Big Bend Water Authority is requesting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide grant administration services for the MS036 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Infrastructure Repair Program, specifically for the Water Main Replacement Project with a funding amount of $4,514,180. Proposals must be submitted in writing, with one original and four copies, in a sealed envelope clearly marked for CDBG-DR grant administrative services. Proposals will be accepted on an equally competitive basis, and no proposal will be accepted from individuals or firms on the convicted vendor list. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to waive non-material irregularities and technicalities, to re-advertise with or without changes to the scope of work, and to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents or take any actions deemed in its best interest.
