The scope of work requires contractors to provide construction services for the Avenir West Parkway Buffer Drainage System, Paving, and Related Work. The work must be performed as described in the Project Manual and according to the plans and specifications. The Project Manual includes the Request for Proposals, contract documents, maintenance plans, and specifications. Instructions to bidders: - Proposals must be submitted in the form provided in the Project Manual and pursuant to the Instructions to Proposers. - Submit one electronic copy of the required proposal via email to the District Manager with the subject marked "AVENIR WEST PARKWAY BUFFER DRAINAGE SYSTEM, PAVING AND RELATED WORK." - Proposals are due no later than the specified deadline. It is the responsibility of each firm to confirm receipt. - Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing required documents may be disqualified. - All questions regarding the Project Manual or Project are to be directed in writing only to the District Engineer; no phone inquiries are permitted. - The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, modify the work, award the contract (in whole or in part), deliver the project in phases, and waive minor or technical irregularities, as it deems appropriate. - Any protest regarding the notice or Project Manual must be filed in writing within the specified timeframes, with a formal written protest detailing the facts and law upon which the protest is based. - Proposals will be evaluated per the criteria in the Project Manual.
