Proposals are requested for the AVENIR WEST PARKWAY BUFFER LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION project. Contractors must provide construction services for the project as described in the Project Manual and in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. The Project Manual includes the Request for Proposals, contract documents, maintenance plans, and specifications. Proposals must be submitted in the form provided in the Project Manual and as instructed. They should be sent as one electronic copy via email with the specified subject line. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required documents may be disqualified. All questions about the project or manual must be submitted in writing to the District Engineer. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, modify the work, award the contract in whole or part, deliver the project in phases, and waive minor or technical irregularities as deemed appropriate.
