The City of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is soliciting sealed responses for the construction of bicycle lanes from Fairchild Avenue to Campus Drive. The project includes constructing a ten-foot shared use path on the south side of Fairchild Avenue and a buffered five-foot bike lane on the north side of the roadway, within the Fairchild Avenue right-of-way from Fairchild Gardens Avenue to Campus Drive. Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal prior to the specified deadline. Late responses will not be accepted. Bids are invited from qualified contractors in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the Invitation to Bid under a Florida Department of Transportation Local Agency Program (LAP) Project. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 12:00 AM ET Any questions regarding the completeness or substance of the requirements must be submitted in writing via the e-procurement platform. The contractor shall duly execute and deliver to the City a Public Construction and Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the estimated total Base Offer Price, payable to the City, as surety for faithful performance under the terms and conditions of the contract. The Public Construction and Performance Bond shall be delivered to the City within 30 calendar days after posting of the Recommendation to Award. SOLICITATION NO.: ITB2024-175CE
