The Contractor shall supply labor, equipment, tools, means of transportation, traffic control, and incidentals to perform work in accordance to specifications, and to ensure a safe work environment for employees and the traveling public within the time schedule specified. 1. Scope Work under this ITB consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, means of transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services.
