Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Lebanon, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a 55,914-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and educational facility.

This project consists of the renovation to the Marion Co. Area Technology Center and will include site elements , building addition and renovations . Site development includes reconstruction of the parking lot due to the incorporation of the geothermal wellfield , mill and overlay of remaining pavements and incorporation of concrete walks , yards and aprons . The addition will include expansion of labs and classrooms . Some walls will be removed and others added to align location and size of spaces with program requirements . Interior finishes include flooring , ceilings , paint and casework . The existing HVAC system will be replaced with a geothermal water source heat pump system with dedicated outdoor air units located on the roof . Lighting in the building will be replaced with highefficiency LED fixtures . New plumbing fixtures will be installed as part of program updates . The building will also be provided with updated power and data infrastructure . The existing automatic sprinkler and fire alarm systems will be extended into the building's addition as well . Project No. 25015/XMTC25, 72917 Sealed proposals are solicited for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of Marion County Area Technology Center Renovation and Addition, according to the provided specifications and drawings. Bids must be submitted on the specified forms in the Project Manual and enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled with the project information. No proposal may be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid opening. Bids are to be submitted for a total lump sum amount, and bid security amounting to five percent of each proposal must accompany the submission. All phases of the work should be covered by the bidding contractor.
