Site work for a civil project in Lompoc, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Demolition and removal of the existing underground concrete water storage tank and the design and construction of a new above-ground water storage tank at its newly designated location, engineered to support a maximum operational capacity of 660,000 gallons with a foundation designed for site-specific soil conditions. Work includes de-sludging Wastewater Pond #3, estimated at 910 dry tons, and implementing a coordinated plan for legal dewatering and disposal. Following sludge removal, the contractor shall install a new HDPE geomembrane liner system and provide a complete 100% design package including technical material specifications, detailed seam layouts, and anchoring requirements. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, engineering services, management, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the required design, demolition, removal, construction, de-sludging, disposal, and installation activities. All design packages shall be submitted for FBOP approval. Location: Federal Correctional Complex Lompoc 3901 Klein Ave., Lompoc, CA 93436 The estimated magnitude of this project lies between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
