Street Resurfacing and Related Work. Plans and contract documents (digital files on flash drives) may be obtained from Isaiah Engineering, Inc. upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Hard copies are available with a refundable deposit if returned in reusable condition within ten days after bid opening. No bid packages will be issued to contractors later than twenty-four hours after the Pre-Bid Conference. No questions will be addressed after 12:00 p.m. on April 13, 2026. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held, and representation by a principal or current employee of the contracting company is required for eligibility to bid. No bid will be received or considered unless made on the provided blank form and all attached papers are returned with the bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a check or bid bond for five percent of the amount bid (maximum $10,000), certified by a reputable institution.
