Renovation of a swimming pool in Pinedale, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The project involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the partial re-roof of the Pinedale Aquatic Center in Pinedale, Wyoming. The work includes removal of the existing membrane roof system down to the existing deck, and complete installation of a new PVC Roofing System including flashings, RLHD cover board, POLY ISO insulation, flat and tapered insulation, metal parapet, replacement of damaged wall substrate, baffles, and fire-rated closed cell spray-in insulation as specified and in accordance with the manufacturer's most current specifications and details. Asbestos remediation and disposal are the responsibility of the contractor. Bids must be submitted on the provided form and accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder must furnish Performance, Labor, and Material Bonds, each for 100% of the contract sum within ten days of acceptance. Contractors must comply with all fair labor practices and Wyoming State Statutes. Preference is given to materials and contractors from Wyoming as specified in state law. No bid may be withdrawn for at least thirty days after the scheduled receipt. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and select the proposal that best serves their interests. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through is required for all Prime Contractors.
