Transylvania County is soliciting qualifications statements for contract services related to on-call engineering services. The scope includes design/build, permitting, and engineering studies for water/wastewater projects, specifically the construction of a waterline extension from the intersection of Davidson River Road and Old Hendersonville Hwy to approximately 7,700 linear feet east, and construction of a pump station and force main from a location on Old Hendersonville Hwy towards an existing manhole within the City of Brevard. Engineering services must comply with EDA funding requirements. The Transylvania County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Statement of Qualifications must be received by the specified deadline. Proposals shall remain confidential until the contract is awarded; there will be no public bid opening.
