The services and work to be performed include Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for public sector construction, specifically at a wastewater treatment facility, along with procurement services to seek qualified construction subcontractors for specified work packages. Preconstruction services required involve scheduling, cost estimating, constructability review, and both preliminary and final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development with open book pricing. Statements of Qualifications demonstrating the ability to provide these CMAR services and construct the project must be submitted. The selection of the CMAR will be done through a two-step process: first, receiving Statements of Qualifications, and second, requesting detailed Proposals from the most highly qualified proposers. Owner anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $3,000,000 with a range from $2,000,000 to $4,500,000 (Class IV estimated). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. QA date - 4-9-2026 Submit questions about the meaning or intent of the Proposal Documents, Addenda, and the related supplemental data using Bid Express. All inquiries must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date for submittal of SOQs.
