A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project requires the contractor to remove and replace the existing primary windcone located between the Terminal and Administration Building and Runway 15-33. The existing conduit and cable within the work area boundary are to be removed and new conduit and cable installed. The primary windcone, which is centered within the Segmented Circle, will be removed and replaced. The supplemental windcone serving Runway 6-24, located adjacent to Taxiway A, will be removed and a new supplemental windcone will be installed in the infield between Runway 6-24, Taxiway A, and Taxiway Q. New conduit and cable will be installed as shown in the contract drawings. All contractors must make and document good faith efforts to achieve established Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (5.8%) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (6.9%) participation goals. All responders must complete and submit the MWBE Utilization Plan found in the bid document. Failure to submit the required MWBE Utilization Plan may result in rejection of the bid.
