Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Emporia, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,250-square-foot industrial development.
The contractor is to provide material and construction labor for a greenhouse designed to fit a 25’ x 50’ concrete slab. The sidewall height is to be 12’ tall and should include one roll up door and one walkthrough door. A natural gas heater, evaporative cooler, controller, and appropriate ventilation are to be included. Additionally, proposals should indicate additional options and pricing for standard building sizes larger than 25’ x 50’, following the same details as above. Proposals will be evaluated based on professional qualifications, quality assurance, and competitive pricing. Quotation sheets must be completed and returned, including an estimated timeline for material delivery and construction, as well as any appropriate construction documents. Proposals should be submitted in an envelope marked “Horticulture Greenhouse” to the specified address by the stated deadline.
