CR#: 2133120 OPWDD’s Broome DDSO is requesting quotes pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority for a project at 249 Glenwood Road, Binghamton, NY. Quotes must be submitted using the Official Bid Form and include a materials and labor cost breakdown. All vendors and subcontractors must be registered with the NYS Dept of Labor and provide a copy of registration with their quote. Prevailing Wages must be paid. The awarded vendor is required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance, completed Lobbying Law Forms, and a signed Appendix A. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor providing the lowest cost and meeting the requirements detailed in the scope of work. Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject all quotes. Adherence to specified time frames is required. The interpretation of specifications by Broome DDSO shall be final and binding. In the event of a tie, the contract is awarded to the earliest received bid.
