Site work for a water / sewer project in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Electronic bids will be received for furnishing all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for Contract #26-18 South Water Plant Well Rehabilitation. The project is to rehabilitate raw water production wells and pumps. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is an Ohio prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s). Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder.
