All labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for the annual maintenance of the Greenup Hydroelectric Plant located in Franklin Furnace, Ohio. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Scioto County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. The City of Hamilton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received or to accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the City of Hamilton, Ohio. The electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder.
