The work consists of the design of a replacement intake structure for a Westinghouse W191G combustion turbine generator, demolition and removal of the existing equipment and structure, and fabrication and installation of the new structure and equipment. Bidders are required to provide all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for these tasks. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express, electronically endorsed by the bidder, and accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid, as described in the instructions. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage project. Bidders are not allowed to withdraw their bids within sixty days after the opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may conduct investigations to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder.
