Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project involves constructing an asphalt parking lot where a gravel lot currently exists. Substructure will be removed and replaced with structurally sound material. Curb and gutter will be installed. Relocation of an automatic gate will occur and removal and replacement of an existing chain link fence is also part of the project. Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. QA date - 04/02/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Online Portal.
