The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administrative and inspection services for upgrades to Lift Station 66 and Lift Station 77, including the installation of new force and gravity sewer mains located in the right of way. The project site is located in the north Phoenix area from Loop 303 and 51st Avenue to Cave Creek Road and Loop 101. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $15 million. Firms must be registered in the City's e-Procurement Portal as a vendor to submit a Statement of Qualifications. This project will include developer upgrades to existing Lift Stations 77 and 66 to increase capacity for future flows in the area. The upgrades will also include installation of a new gravity main from the Lift Station 77 discharge structure to Lift Station 66 and new force main from Lift Station 66 to Cave Creek Road. 3. Scope of Work 3.1. Professional Services 1. Lift Station 77 Construction administration and inspection services for site-specific upgrades at Lift Station 77. Services include oversight of installing an additional pump within the existing wet well. 2. Lift Station 66 Construction administration and inspection services for site-specific upgrades at Lift Station 66. Increased capacity from the new wet well at Lift Station 77 will require installation of a new wet well at Lift Station 66, including new pumps, odor control improvements, and necessary electrical upgrades. 3. Additional Scope The scope also includes right-of-way work for installing a new gravity main from the Lift Station 77 discharge structure located at 29th Avenue and Sonoran Desert Drive to Lift Station 66, as well as installation of a new force main from Lift Station 66 to Cave Creek Road north of Pinnacle Peak Road, and a section of gravity main from the discharge to the Cave Creek Reclamation Plant. Services may include installation of gravity and force mains in both right-of-way and easements. Use of UNIFIER, an Application Service Provider (ASP) web-based project management database, may be required. The following information provides a guideline for utilization. Any questions related to the requirements of UNIFIER should be directed to the Project Manager. The Consultant will be required to maintain all project records in electronic format. The City provides an ASP web-based project management database which the Consultant will be required to utilize in the fulfillment of the contract requirements. The Consultant shall provide a computerized networked office platform with broadband internet connectivity. UNIFIER training will be provided through the City of Phoenix to firms under contract.
