Sealed bids are requested for HVAC Deferred Maintenance at Fletcher Technical Community College, Project Number F.01004753. Complete bid documents are available electronically from YKH Consulting, LLC or via centralauctionhouse.com. Bidders must provide bid security equaling five percent of the base bid and all alternates, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond. Only contractors licensed in Louisiana for the classification of Mechanical may submit bids, and compliance with relevant Louisiana statutes is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (Hudson Initiative) and Veteran-Owned (LaVet) programs is encouraged.
