Sealed bids are invited for HVAC Deferred Maintenance at Fletcher Technical Community College. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted from contractors licensed in Louisiana for the classification of Mechanical. Bidders must comply with all provisions and requirements of applicable Louisiana statutes. Bid documents are available electronically and can be obtained from YKH Consulting, LLC or centralauctionhouse.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Participation in the Hudson Initiative and LaVet Small Entrepreneurships Program is encouraged.
