The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The Auxiliary Building is an building for outdoor athletic equipment storage, two individual use restrooms and a concession window. The building is approximately 1,200 square feet, designated use group S2 and type VB construction 2. The work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: a. Site prep and building excavation. Site grading and construction of associated concrete paving. b. Site utility construction, including sanitary, water, and electric tie-in to stubbed utility connections in the vicinity of the Auxiliary Building. c. Site circulation construction, including concrete paving. d. Building construction including exterior fiber cement siding/soffits, on nail-base insulated panels with wood framed structural walls, concrete slab-on-grade and shop fabricated wood trusses, exterior hollow metal doors and frames. e. Interior building construction including wood framed walls and plywood assembly partitions, hollow metal frames with wood and hollow metal doors, and gypsum board ceilings.
