Site work for a mixed-use development in Huntley, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Work will include site preparation, temporary facilities and controls, utilities, concrete paving, curbs, footings and foundations, clay infield installation, wiffleball field fencing, ballfield backstop installation, chainlink fences and gates, fitness equipment installation, baggo installation, site furnishings, turf grass seeding, native seeding, and landscape plantings. The Huntley Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Ol' Timers Park. Bids will be accepted at the Huntley Park District during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor's name and address, and "Bid for Ol' Timers Park," on the face of the envelope. Bids must be received no later than 2:30 PM April 1, 2026. The ability of the apparent low bidder(s) to successfully execute the Work in accordance with the contract documents and on time will be considered by the Owner in making an award. The bid shall be let to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined by the Owner. The Owner has determined that the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act applies to the installation and other onsite work performed under this Contract. Contractor shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and shall pay, and require every Subcontractor to pay, the prevailing rates of wages as established by the Illinois Department of Labor for each craft or type of work needed to execute the contract in accordance with 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq.
