Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Concrete Program in the City of Lyndhurst, Ohio. All work must comply with the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer. Bidders must purchase the bid documents, specifications, and drawings to become a Registered Bidder. Each bid must use the provided Proposal Form and include a bank or cashier's check, money order, or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the bid amount as a guarantee. If the bid is accepted, a contract must be entered into and a surety bond for 100% of the total bid amount must be provided. Sealed bids must be clearly marked with the project name. The regulations of the State of Ohio regarding labor, wage rates, and hours of employment apply. The owner reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities in the best interest of the City of Lyndhurst.
