Sealed bids are invited for the EDGEFIELD ROAD SSO REMOVAL- MANHOLE SEPARATIONS project in the City of Lyndhurst, Ohio. Work is to be performed in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer. Bids must use the provided Proposal Form and be accompanied by a bank or cashier’s check, money order, or bid bond equal to five percent of the bid amount, as a guarantee. If the bid is accepted, a contract must be signed, and a surety bond amounting to one hundred percent of the total bid is required. The project is subject to State of Ohio regulations on procurement, wage rates, and employment hours. Sealed bids must be clearly marked with the project name. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities if deemed in its best interest.
