Sealed bids are invited for the EDGEFIELD ROAD SSO REMOVAL- SEWER REHABILITATION project in the City of Lyndhurst, Ohio. Work must comply with plans and specifications by Jeffrey J. Filarski, City Engineer. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings may be examined online. To bid, documents must be purchased and registration completed. Each bid must be submitted on the provided Proposal Form and accompanied by a bank or cashier's check, money order, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid as a guarantee. If awarded, a contract and a surety bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid must be provided. The State of Ohio's regulations on labor, wage rates, and hours of employment apply. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Sealed bids must be clearly marked with the project title.
