Paulding County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or organizations to provide consultant services for the development of the Third Army Northern Alignment Feasibility Study. The purpose of this project is to determine the best location for an additional interchange on Interstate 75 and to examine the location of the connection road into Paulding County. Each Statement of Qualifications requires two submittals per package: one original and five copies in a sealed envelope, addressed to the owner, and an electronic copy on a thumb or flash drive, also in a sealed envelope. Each envelope must be clearly marked with the RFQ number, project name, due date, and the name of the company or individual submitting the proposal. No cost should be referenced in the Statement of Qualifications. If the SOQ is mailed, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope to the attention of the owner at the specified address. Submission of the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit form is required with all bid packages. The Selection Committee will review submissions and shortlist three to five firms. Final instructions for Phase II - Technical Response will be shared with finalists. Paulding County reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualifications, waive informalities and technicalities, reject portions of proposals, and award contracts in a manner consistent with county policies and state laws.
